巧记基数词
基数词不难记，找出规律很容易 。
零至十二样各异，一个一个单独记30个 。
后加-teen变十几，thirteen，fifteen看仔细说英文 。
十八需要特殊记，eighteen只有一个t 。
二十到九十加-ty，twenty，eighty重点记 。
forty没有字母u，thirty，fifty更出奇 。
写到几30百几十几，and把百与十系 。

1 000以上的多位数，从右说向左看，每隔三位加一个分节符，倒数第一个分节符之前要用thousand，倒数第二个分节符之前要用million，倒数第三个分节符之前要用billion

注意　在基数词中只有表示“百”“千”“百万”“十亿”的单位词，没有单独表示“万”“亿”的单位词，故常用thousand（千）和million（百万）来表达，其换算关系为：
1万=10 thousand　1亿=100 million
（2）基数词的句法功能
基数词起名词或形容词的作用，在句中作主语、宾语、表语、定语和同位语等 。
Five and two is seven.词序 （作主语）5加2等于7 。
—How many balls do you
have?你有多少个球？
—I have three.（作宾是什么语）我有3个 。
—What’s the time?几点了？
—It’s ten.（作表语）10点 。
